Need to Sell (NTS) Property Scheme
We’ve launched the NTS Property Scheme to support eligible property owners who have a compelling reason to sell their property but are unable to do so, other than at a substantially reduced value due to the East West Rail project.
A compelling reason is where a property owner would face an unreasonable burden in the next three years if they were unable to sell their property.

How to apply
If you are submitting an application:
Please send your completed application form, along with all supporting evidence, in hard copy (paper format) to East West Rail, One Grafton Mews, Midsummer Boulevard, Milton Keynes, MK9 1FB.
We strongly recommend you send your application using Royal Mail Special Delivery, but we do not insist on this.
